I’m a freelance writer focusing on technology, education, and popular culture. My work has appeared in The Atlantic, Salon, The Boston Globe, PopMatters, and The Baffler, among other publications. I’m working on a book.
I’m also the features editor at JSTOR Daily, an online magazine offering scholarly and historical perspectives on the news.
I hold a B.A. in philosophy and French from Wesleyan University (2007) and a J.D. from Boston College Law School (2011). I practiced law for three years before becoming a writer-editor type, including a clerkship for Justice R. Malcolm Graham of the Massachusetts Appeals Court (retired).
